Eligible customers can receive compensation from prominent brands, as ten class action settlements are closing this month

Ten class action settlements involving prominent brands such as HelloFresh, AARP, and Jaguar Land Rover are set to close this month. Eligible customers have the opportunity to receive compensation for a range of issues such as data breaches and defective products.

Last month, AT&T reached a settlement following a lawsuit alleging that the telecommunications company failed to protect customers’ personal data from being released onto the dark web, which resulted in two separate data breach incidents in 2024. AT&T denied the claims alleged in the lawsuit and denied any wrongdoing.

According to a 2024 statement from AT&T, the breaches are believed to have impacted approximately 7.6 million people who held AT&T accounts in 2024 and about 65.4 million people who held accounts between 2019 and 2024. Customers who were involved in the class action settlement data breach need to submit a claim by Dec. 18 to receive up to $7,500.
